1. Authorized Use & Eligibility
Vikas Bhawan conference facilities are dedicated exclusively to official administrative meetings, governmental policy consultations, capacity-building workshops, and state mission reviews organized by departments of the Government of Bihar.
2. Priority for Cabinet & CM Meetings
In accordance with Secretariat Estate Allocation Rules, meetings convened by the Hon'ble Chief Minister or Cabinet Secretariat have unconditional precedence. In rare override circumstances, alternative dates/rooms will be promptly arranged.
3. Audio-Visual Protocol
All AV equipment, 4K display panels, and delegate microphones are operated exclusively by the Building Construction Department (Electrical Division). Outside unapproved equipment is strictly prohibited.
4. Cancellations
If an allotted session is postponed, departments are requested to inform the Estate Office at least 24 hours prior so the slot can be released for other state agencies.
